Values are the guiding stars that shape our lives, define our purpose, support us to achieve success and to overcome challenges. 

Today, I want to share with you the audaciousness that resides within me and the incredible impact it has had on my journey. 

But more importantly, I want to inspire you to discover and embrace your own powerful values.

Picture this: At 13, I fearlessly poured my heart into a poem and entered it into a contest. I won, and my poem was read out at an exhibition and a published book. That audacious act set the stage for a lifetime of chasing bold dreams.

Fast forward to a pivotal moment in my legal career. I dared to leave behind a comfortable network and dive headfirst into a new community, driven to build a new, even more powerful network in a new field. It was a leap of faith that paid off.

Then came the night I met my wife Sarah. The first night we met, I boldly declared we would get married, and although she initially questioned my sanity…I was right! It was audacity that fueled my conviction.

And in the midst of a pandemic, when safety and stability seemed paramount, I fearlessly left a lucrative job to pursue my calling as a Conscious Leadership Coach. This audacious decision has brought immeasurable fulfillment and purpose to my life.

Just recently, I launched a Women's Leadership Circle that has become a vibrant community of powerful individuals. 

What's the common thread? 

The realization that I didn't have to wait for permission or authority to take action. I simply had to tap into my audacious spirit and trust in its power.
